Udenlandske specialister vil have medaljer i Danmark, istedet for penge i udlandet.

This deserves a translation for our foreign friends:

Danmark is now 0.3% from having the worlds highest incomes taxes (second only to Sweden, and they are set to lower taxes). A new idea is to give foreign specialists, that come to work in Denmark (and become ripped off) a medal – or the priviledge of working in a company that has been awarded a medal. Yes, you heard it here first. A medal. The danish company Schantz Data has been awarded a national IT medal, and hopes it will help attract qualified workers.

Start lining up 🙂

The headline in the article is obviusly wrong and not connected to the actual article. The essence of the article is, that the company will use the medal, which is merely a recognition of the companys ability to make money, to attract danish developers who up til now didn’t know about the company. The connection to foreigners is, that the company will increase its global sales over the next years.
